Well it's been a while since I have

updated this page... sorry :O(

I have been busy, beavering away with home

improvements and creating new bead designs.

One other lovely piece of news is that I have recently fostered an elephant with the David Sheldrick Trust... here are a couple of photos of the adorable 'Sinya' :O)

This is a picture of her when she was found, trapped down a rocky gully

Here she is after some very arduous medical treatment

And here she is now, just moved on in her rehab program. She will eventually be re released into the wild.

I shall be intermittently selling some reduced in price beads on my Ellie page in my web shop, to enable me to make donations to the trust, or even to foster another elephant or rhino ... please click the link below if you want to take a look...

as I had anticipated... here are a few snaps

from my day out, and a couple of the

beads that I made the day after, thanks to

all the inspiration I found on the island :O)

And of course, who could forget the .............

Flame Off

........................at Towcester Racecourse.. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Held over the weekend of April 17th and 18th, it is sure to be THE event this year within our beading community... I look forward to catching up with lots of old friends, and meeting some new ones too... I think us beady folk are more excited about the flame off than we are about Christmas, LOL.
